Is Diamondback any good?

These are bikes that work well on the road for recreational riding or trips to the store and also work for paved or well groomed bike trails, rails-to-trails and around the block.

I'm looking at a Diamondback Wildwood and was wondering if this is a good bike

Yes, Diamondback is a well respected brand. Whether that particular model is "any good" for what you expect from a bicycle is something else. If you want to barrel down mountain trails then you are looking at the wrong type of bike.

But for tooling around town and for light paved or nicely compacted gravel trails it should be fine.
