A hard case is almost impossible to find for any fat, or even most plus bikes. The soft travel cases are available, but expensive, and not going to last long in the draft and in the grimy mess on a semi deck plate. You might be better off considering a tool cabinet or a custom box. You can't have it in the way of your hook-ups, so it would probably have to be low and wide. There was a guy on here carrying a 29'er in the cab with his front and rear tire removed. But if you ever have passengers or a partner, that would be out.

Some bloggers say they pack a fat bike in a regular case, and the wheels in a separate case. Do you have room for 2 cases? Maybe one case above your hook-ups and one below?
