I've been into bodybuilding my entire life and for a ride you are OK. As for putting on quality muscle you are waaaaay off. Its OK I can help. You are asking to put on 20# of quality (sorry for saying quality so much but it does make a difference) muscle. This will take time but it is not unreasonable. Pm me if you have any questions.
