Workout thread

What does everyone on here do, besides biking of course, to strength train or workout? I have always been into some form of bodybuilding workouts and try to make it to the gym at least 4 days a week. Lunch time is best for me, and I only started riding because I HATE cardio. I am not saying I'm a meathead and I've only been back in the gym for two years now, but I haven't stopped and its become a big part of my life. I started off @215# with about 25% bodyfat and now I stay between 195#-200# @ 17% bodyfat. Anybody else has a success story or questions??
