haling from southeastern kentucky the key to my demise is my diet.
tequila, marlboro reds, coca cola, marlboro reds, mutton, abita golden ale, marlboro reds.

in that order.
ROAD: Giant OCR1, Shimano 105 Rear 11-25t, Shimano 105 52t Single Ring Front, Shimano WRS-10 Wheelset
Mountain: Mongoose Hex 29er, Race Face 36t Crank, 18t Rear, American to English BB
Fixie: Raliegh Record 52t front, 15t Rear, Retrospec Wheelset

im cutting out my soda for real. it is my worst enemy.

that was all a joke lol

i have a bad diet, drink soda, and do smoke but im working on changing. I am 30, 6'3 235lbs or so.. work essentially a desk job and need to curb my bad habits and get in shape... im starting with cutting soda and slowing down on the cigs... i usually only drink tequila on the weekends and just a few shots :)
