Milk it does a body good

Milk, especially Chocolate Milk or other sweetened flavored Milk is a great beverage after a hard ride. The sugar helps deliver the protein to the build muscles. Muscle cells burn calories, gets your metabolism up, helps lose fatty weight.

It's a win win. The weight lifters and body builders are big on Chocolate Milk.
