Maybe we could persuade WDR to start a new topic for MTB nutrition and exercises? I have a few biking related supplements that I've used and would like to mention them.

Yeah, I think you are ok on the leg strength. :shock:

A nutrition/health thread would be good.

Along with weight training I was thinking about some spinning classes in the winter to keep the legs active. The bikes even support spd clips. :D
