EXCELLENT All Mountain Skills Video

Postby squire366 » Fri Aug 19, 2011 12:27 am

I found this video on YouTube and it covers all of the needed skills for riding All Mountain but what is taught in the video can also be applied to XC riding. The video is about 38 minutes long but it's worth watching!

Just watched it and you're right... it's a great instructional video. I kinda wish the guy didn't have such a pronounced French accent but otherwise it was terrific. He's pretty good at moving that bicycle around, too. Thanks for the link. :)

Yeah that was one of the best instructional videos I've seen as far as mountain biking goes. I watched the whole thing TWICE!!!!!! Now I have some stuff to work on and practice while riding.

I watched the 5 short videos. I was nice of him to make them. After watching I have 2 new techniques to try. Keeping my heels lower and in corners pushing my outside leg against the frame.
